• Refunds for unfair application fees
• Banned fees for minors in a household
• Temporarily blocked big rent hikes for current tenants
• Mandated transparency in rental agreements

This bill sided with solutions for the current housing crisis in Nevada due to this veto landlords will continue with rising costs.
