What AB 461 Does:

• Establishes a public education program to help Nevadans understand their options for long-term care planning.
• Requests the Guardianship Commission to study and recommend improvements to the state’s guardianship system, ensuring that vulnerable Nevadans are treated with dignity and safeguarded from harm.
