Today is recognized as Women’s Equality Day, marking the anniversary of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote.

But we know the work is not finished. Women—especially women of color—continue to face wage gaps, barriers to healthcare, housing insecurity, and underrepresentation in leadership.

At LEAN, we believe equality means more than words on paper. It means action toward justice, equity, and dignity for all women in Nevada.
